This imposing 5 storey Grade II Georgian watermill was bought by composer and conductor Ronald in late 2004. It fitted the bill for his need for a house outside but accessible to London with space and quiet for composing. The mill had not been fully renovated and what caught his eye, in particular, was the large top floor which he thought would make a fantastic music room big enough to hold his collection of nearly 20000 CD’s LP's and 78's.
